Storms of the Century
While I sit here in sunny Vancouver brewing my own little storm, let's call her Esmerelda - aka the stomach flu, I can only watch as friends & family take cover.
Snowmageddon is blasting everything from well, pretty much anything east of the Rockies through to the coast, from New Mexico up to Maine! I do love driving in the snow, but shoveling... well, good luck with that! Chicago is expected to be hit by up to three feet (91cm) of snow!!!

State Premier Anna Bligh described the weather system as the "most catastrophic storm ever seen" in the state.
She warned that it could cause a tidal surge as high as nine metres (nearly 30ft) in some places, overwhelming low-lying coastal areas.
